How much does it cost to post a load?

Your first 3 load posts are free. After that, it's just $1 per load. Or subscribe to Basic ($29/mo) or Pro ($49/mo) for unlimited posts.

Is it free for carriers?

Yes! Browsing loads, claiming loads, and messaging are completely free for carriers. No subscription required.

What types of vehicles are supported?

All types — Runner/Vans, Box Trucks, Hotshot, Semi/OTR, and Disposal vehicles. You'll find loads matched to your equipment.

How do reviews work?

After a load is completed, both the carrier and shipper can leave a review (1-10 rating). Reviews are visible on profiles and help build trust.

Can I cancel a load or claim?

Yes. Shippers can cancel posted loads (before a claim is accepted). Carriers can cancel pending or accepted claims. Loads with accepted claims in transit cannot be cancelled.
